Incaworks was formed in 2001 and relies on the knowledge and insights of over 30 years working in the IT field.
Our principal and owner, Rick Pass, got his start programming on a Radio Shack TRS-80 Model I in the late 1970s which sparked a lifelong interest in computers and technology as a whole. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in computer science, Rick has worked across a wide variety of industries.
During the tech boom in the late 1990s, Rick worked with a team of web developers creating and programming websites for 3M Post-it Notes, Racal Electronics, and various bio-tech companies in the Boston area among other clients. Additionally, Rick programmed a version control based extranet for Philips Electronics to use across their public relations team for which he was awarded a CIPRA in technical excellence in 1999.
Since 2001, Incaworks has grown and now supports a wide range of clients including financial services, bio-tech, nonprofit, and various small businesses across a variety of industries. We have provided network design and implementation including public WiFi deployments and PtP and PtMP wireless deployments, overseen office buildouts, designed and hosted websites, managed email solutions, and supported server infrastructure and end-user support at a cost-effective price for our clients.
